The Fideiussioni Digitali verification page offers several modes and control options: Standard Verification, free and blockchain-based; Sure AI, an advanced service based on artificial intelligence for extended analyses and out-of-list issuers; and the related Plans & Pricing for professional use of the AI engine.
The Fideiussioni Digitali platform is used by Guarantors (Banks, Financial Intermediaries, Insurance Companies and Confidi) to register and certify their guarantees on the blockchain, ensuring authenticity, integrity and traceability. The Standard Verification allows anyone (Beneficiary, Contracting Authority, verification body) to check that a guarantee was actually issued by the stated Guarantor and notarised on the blockchain, without altering or retaining uploaded documents.
No. The service is completely free and requires no registration or authentication.
In the “Issuer” menu you will find the list of Guarantors that notarise their guarantees on Fideiussioni and Cauzioni Digitali. Select the entity that issued your guarantee to proceed with verification.
If the issuer is not listed, it means they do not (yet) notarise their guarantees on this platform: the Standard Verification cannot therefore produce a result. In this case you can use Sure AI (see dedicated section), which performs checks on public registers and official sources even for issuers not in the list.
After selecting the issuer, you can proceed in two alternative ways:
1. By uploading the original document
2. By entering the guarantee data
• Verified: the document or data entered match what the Guarantor registered on the blockchain. The guarantee is authentic.
• Not verified: there is no match on the blockchain. Most common causes: the document was never notarised by the Guarantor, the file was modified after notarisation, or the data entered are incorrect or the file is corrupted.
The system accepts exclusively original documents with a valid digital signature. Photocopies, scans or prints of originals are not accepted: in these cases the result will always be “Not verified” even if the guarantee is authentic.
No. The site only allows you to verify authenticity and blockchain registration; there is no option to download the original document.
PDF, PDF.p7m (digitally signed PDF) and Word.p7m (digitally signed Word)
It is immediate: you get the result in a few seconds.
• For questions about the content of the guarantee or the policy: contact the Guarantor that issued the document directly.
• For platform malfunctions, verification errors or other issues: contact customer support via the support portal (Jitbit).
It is the advanced verification service based on artificial intelligence from Fideiussioni Digitali. Unlike the Standard Verification, which only checks the match with a hash registered on the blockchain, Sure AI analyses the guarantee by cross-referencing multiple public and official sources, even when the issuer does not notarise their documents on our platform, and returns a traffic-light result (Green/Yellow/Red) on the reliability level of the guarantee.
The Standard Verification is indicated when the guarantee issuer is one of the Guarantors that notarises on Fideiussioni Digitali: in that case the blockchain verification is free, immediate and sufficient. Sure AI is instead designed for cases where the issuer is not in the list of notarised Guarantors, or when a more in-depth analysis is desired (checks on official registers, anti-fraud checks, solvency check) before accepting a guarantee.
The system runs a sequential pipeline of specialised AI agents, for over 35 automatic checks in total:
Each verification returns a summary result, accompanied by a structured rationale explaining which checks determined it:
No. The report is an instructional and operational support tool, not a legal opinion: results must always be assessed with human oversight, particularly in doubtful or high-impact cases, before making final decisions on accepting or rejecting a guarantee.
PDF, digitally signed PDFs (P7M), XML/JSON files, images and scanned documents.
Yes. Documents and data uploaded are processed in compliance with the GDPR and remain the property of the uploader; access to each account’s data is segregated and not shared with other platform users.
Yes. Unlike the Standard Verification, the service requires access with a dedicated account.
On average less than 60 seconds per single guarantee. Longer times are possible in special cases, for example when the solvency check requires a search on a non-standardised institutional website.
For malfunctions or technical issues related to Sure AI, you can submit a report on the dedicated support portal (Jitbit).
Sure AI offers two purchase modes, plus a custom option:
A package is designed for those with variable verification needs over time: you purchase a number of verifications to use. A subscription is a flat solution for a defined period, with a number of verifications included per period, designed for continuous and predictable use.
A free trial is available with 1 verification at no cost, to test the service before choosing a paid plan.
If you have a pay-per-use package, you can purchase an additional package or upgrade to a higher level. If you have a subscription, you can purchase additional verifications to complete the current period, or wait for the automatic renewal, which restores the quota provided by your plan.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time; downgrading takes effect from the next renewal. It is also possible to switch from a package to a subscription (or vice versa) with a new purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for an equal period, unless cancelled with written notice before the expiry date. (The exact notice terms will be stated in the Terms and Conditions of the service.)
Each plan provides three types of user role for your organisation: Admin, Operator and Read-Only, each with different permissions within the platform. [Details on number of users and specific role permissions to be defined.]
Payment is managed via the Worldline gateway, PCI-DSS certified. The main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and SDD direct debit are supported. VAT at 22% is automatically calculated at checkout.
It is designed for organisations with enterprise needs — for example large volumes of verifications, dedicated integrations or specific contractual conditions. Instead of standard plans, it activates direct contact with our team to build a tailored proposal.
No. Regardless of the plan chosen, the report remains an instructional and operational support tool: results must always be assessed with human oversight before final decisions on accepting or rejecting a guarantee.
You can contact our dedicated commercial channel or request assistance via the support portal (Jitbit). [To be confirmed whether different from technical support].

All completed verifications can be found in the “Verification History” section of the dashboard, with the related result and associated report. It is not possible to download the original uploaded document from here.
From the dashboard you can manage your organisation’s users by assigning one of the three available roles: Admin, Operator or Read-Only, each with different permissions.
